Transient Request

If you or a family member needs dialysis and will be visiting the far western suburbs of Chicago, we can help you make arrangements. Please contact our social worker at Yorkville Dialysis Center. It’s best to reach out to us as soon as possible before your visit, so we have enough time to prepare.

We offer flexible hours for dialysis appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:00 am to 4:30 pm. If the times available at Yorkville Dialysis Center don’t work for you, you can try one of our other dialysis centers located in Aurora or Geneva, IL.
